§ 7-157 — Surviving spouse annuities - marriage to terminate

If a surviving spouse annuitant marries before reaching age 55, the annuity shall be terminated as of the end of the calendar month following the month in which the marriage occurs, unless the marriage occurs after December 31, 2000.
