Text
Except as otherwise provided in this Article (a) no employee or city contributions for widow's annuity shall be made after such annuity has been fixed;
(b)no annuity in excess of that fixed in accordance with this Article shall be granted; and (c) no service rendered after the time of fixing shall be considered for widow's annuity.
