Text
To hear and decide all applications for pensions and other benefits under this Article and to order and direct the payment of pensions and other benefits. The first payment for any pension benefits shall be made not later than one month after benefits are granted. Each such subsequent payment shall be made not later than one month after the date of the latest payment. Such benefits shall not be prepaid.
