§ 22-221 — To accept gifts

To receive gifts and donations to the fund from all sources, including rewards in moneys, fees, gifts and emoluments, that shall be paid or given for or on account of extraordinary services by the fire insurance patrol or any member thereof (except when allowed to be retained by such member or given to endow a medal or other permanent or competitive award). Also to accept any gifts or donations of money from the Board of Underwriters from any of its funds in addition to the sums required to be paid into the pension fund under this Division.
