Text
The Board of Trustees shall elect from their number a president, a secretary and a treasurer, and may elect from their number a vice president, an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer. The vice president, assistant secretary and assistant treasurer, if elected, shall have all the powers and duties provided in this Division for the president, secretary and treasurer, respectively.
