§ 20-126 — Responsibility of participating systems
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 40 PENSIONS·Act 40 ILCS 5/ Illinois Pension Code.·Art. Article 20 - Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act
Each participating system shall submit to the other participating systems, upon request, a report, properly certified, regarding the pension credits of each employee and any other pertinent information which may be necessary for proper administration of this Article.
