Text
Any person who shall directly or indirectly avoid or seek to avoid any or all the provisions of this Division, or shall directly or indirectly interfere with, or obstruct the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Division, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. This law shall take preference over all other laws and all laws and parts of laws which are inconsistent with this Division or any provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
