"Licensed health care professional": Any individual who has obtained a license through the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation under the Medical Practice Act of 1987, under the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987, or under the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act or an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under the Nurse Practice Act.
