Text
Annually, upon receipt of the assessment books from the board of review or board of appeals, each county clerk shall make out and, within 30 days, transmit to the Department, on forms provided or approved by the Department, an abstract of the assessment of property. The values to be given in the abstracts shall be the assessed valuations.
