(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-457 ) Sec. 2b. "Selling price" shall not include any amounts added to prices by sellers on account of the seller's duty to collect any tax imposed under the "Regional Transportation Authority Act", enacted by the 78th General Assembly. (Source: P.A. 78-3rd S.S.-12.) (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 104-457 ) Sec. 2b.
