§ 18-184 — Abatement; annexation agreement

Upon a majority vote of its governing authority, any municipality may, after the determination of the assessed valuation of its property, order the county clerk to abate any portion of its taxes on any property that is the subject of an annexation agreement between the municipality and the property owner.
