§ 110-85 — Sunset of new agreements
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 35 REVENUE·Act 35 ILCS 45/ Manufacturing Illinois Chips for Real Opportunity (MICRO) Act.
The Department shall not enter into any new agreements under the provisions of this Act after December 31, 2028.
