Text
Any person who distributes or offers for sale or rent a cigarette machine in this State shall provide notice to any potential purchaser, lessee, or lessor of that cigarette machine or any retail space containing a cigarette machine. The notice shall contain information about this Act, including:
(i)licensure requirements for cigarette machine operators;
(ii)tax collection and remittance duties of cigarette machine operators;
(iii)any product limitations imposed on cigarette machines by this Act; and (iv) packaging and labeling requirements.
