(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2027) Sec. 33G-4. Prohibited activities.

(a)It is unlawful for any person, who intentionally participates in the operation or management of an enterprise, directly or indirectly, to:
(1)knowingly do so, directly or indirectly, through a pattern of predicate activity;
(2)knowingly cause another to violate this Article; or (3) knowingly conspire to violate this Article. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any prosecution for a conspiracy to violate this Article, no person may be convicted of that conspiracy unless an overt act in furtherance of the agreement is alleged and proved to have been committed by him, her, or by a coconspirator, but the commission of the overt act need not itself constitute predicate activity underlying the
