(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2026) Sec. 3b. Services delivered by telehealth. An early intervention provider may deliver via telehealth any type of early intervention service outlined in subsection (e) of Section 3 to the extent of the early intervention provider's scope of practice as established in the provider's respective licensing Act consistent with the standards of care for in-person services. This Section shall not be construed to alter the scope of practice of any early intervention provider or authorize the delivery of early intervention services in a setting or in a manner not otherwise authorized by the laws of this State.
