Suspension of order of Redevelopment Commission pending judicial review or appeal.) (1) The pendency of a judicial review or appeal, taken from an order of the Redevelopment Commission pursuant to the provisions of Section 30.01 of this Act, shall not of itself stay or suspend the operation of the order of the Redevelopment Commission, but during the pendency of such judicial review or appeal the Circuit, Appellate or the Supreme Court, as the case may be, in its discretion may stay or suspend, in whole or in part, the operation of the order of the Redevelopment Commission.

(2)The order of the Redevelopment Commission made pursuant to paragraph 2 of Section 18 of this Act shall, however, be automatically suspended by the filing of a written objection thereto by the persons or corporations
