Text

No statement of intent to dissolve a Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation, whether by voluntary consent of the shareholders or by voluntary action of the corporation, shall be filed by the Secretary of State unless it shall be accompanied by the certificate of the Redevelopment Commission that:

(1)The proposed Development Plan of the Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation was rejected pursuant to paragraph 3 of Section 18 of this Act and such rejection has not been reversed upon judicial review pursuant to Section 30.01 of this Act; or (2) The Development Plan of the Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation was "Not Approved", after judicial review pursuant to Section 30.01 of this Act; or (3) The Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation has failed to initiate or has failed to complete the
