Text

The Illinois Housing Development Authority shall have general supervision of all housing corporations and shall have power to investigate into the affairs of such corporations, and into the dealings, transactions and relationships of such corporations with third persons. Any investigation provided for by this act may be conducted by the Illinois Housing Development Authority, or, on the direction of the Illinois Housing Development Authority, by any member, officer or employee thereof.
