§ 15

Housing corporations organized on a not-for-profit basis shall pay to the Secretary of State the fee for filing articles of incorporation and all other fees so specified in the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, as heretofore and hereafter amended. Housing corporations organized on a limited-dividend basis shall pay to the Secretary of State the fee for filing articles of incorporation and all other fees as specified in the "Business Corporation Act of 1983", as amended.
