Text
The Illinois Department may by rule establish a separate reimbursement rate to be paid to long term care facilities for adult developmental training services as defined in Section 15.2 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act which are provided to residents of such facilities who have intellectual disabilities and who receive aid under this Article. Any such reimbursement shall be based upon cost reports submitted by the providers of such services and shall be paid by the long term care facility to the provider within such time as the Illinois Department shall prescribe by rule, but in no case less than 3 business days after receipt of the reimbursement by such facility from the Illinois Department.
