On and after July 1, 2021, dental services provided to adults and children under the medical assistance program may be established and paid at no less than the rates published by the Department and effective January 1, 2020 for all local health departments as the fee schedule for children and adult recipients but shall include the following dental procedures and amounts: D0140 $19.12, D0150 $24.84, D0220 $6.61, D0230 $4.48, D0272 $11.09, D0274 $19.94, D1110 $48.38, D2140 $36.40, D2150 $56.82, D2391 $36.40, D2392 $56.82, D5110 $444.09, D5120 $444.09, D7140 $46.16, D7210 $67.73.
