Text

Effective July 1, 2019, or as soon thereafter as practical and subject to federal approval, the Department shall allocate an amount of up to $40,000,000 to enhance access psychiatric treatment, including both reimbursement rates to individual physicians board certified in psychiatry as well as community mental health centers and other relevant providers.
