Text
Subject to federal approval, the Department shall adopt policies and rates for long-acting reversible contraception by January 1, 2024 to ensure that reimbursement is not reduced by 4.4% below list price. The Department shall submit any necessary application to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for the purposes of implementing such policies and rates.
