Increasing behavioral health service capacity in federally qualified health centers. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall develop policies and procedures with the goal of increasing the capacity of behavioral health services provided by federally qualified health centers as defined in Section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the federal Social Security Act.
