In accordance with Section 9817 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Pub. L. 117-2) and corresponding federal guidance, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall take appropriate actions to claim an enhanced federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) provided by Section 9817 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 with respect to expenditures under the State medical assistance program for home and community-based services from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.
