Text
A person who was a member of the Governor's Infrastructure Task Force on May 1, 1999, and any entity in which such a person has an ownership interest or distributive income share exceeding 5%, or an amount greater than 60% of the annual salary of the Governor, is prohibited from receiving any legal, banking, or consulting fee relating to the issuance of bonds or to other financing arrangements for projects arising from reports or recommendations made by that Task Force.
