§ 7c — Acquisition of Illinois State Police vehicles

(a)The State Police Vehicle Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. All moneys in the Fund, subject to appropriation, shall be used by the Illinois State Police:
(1)for the acquisition of vehicles for the Illinois State Police;
(2)for debt service on bonds issued to finance the acquisition of vehicles for the Illinois State Police; or (3) for the maintenance and operation of vehicles for the Illinois State Police.
(b)(Blank).
