§ 5a
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 30 FINANCE·Act 30 ILCS 230/ State Officers and Employees Money Disposition Act.
The Secretary of State shall deposit all fees into the funds specified in the statute imposing or authorizing the fee no more than 30 days after receipt of the fee by the Secretary of State.
