§ 4a

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 30 FINANCE·Act 30 ILCS 15/ Public Funds Statement Publication Act.
The provisions of this Act do not apply to any school board or school district which is subject to the provisions of Section 10-17 of The School Code, as now or hereafter amended, nor shall any provisions of this Act apply to the treasurer or any other officer of any such school board or school district.
