§ 34

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 30 FINANCE·Act 30 ILCS 105/ State Finance Act.
All public funds received or held by any State agency as defined in Section 7 of the "State Comptroller Act" and not subject to appropriation, except funds required to be held or directly administered by a State agency pursuant to (a) any Act in relation to revenue bonds, (b) any bond indenture or other legally binding bond contract, (c) limitations legally imposed by the source of such funds, or (d) another statute, shall be paid over to the State treasurer within the time period established for like amounts in subsection (a) of Section 2 of the State Officers and Employees Money Disposition Act or within such other applicable period as may be specified in rules or regulations promulgated under subsection (b) of Section 2 of that Act and shall be held by the State treasurer in a special f
