Text
Compliance with the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall comply with the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act.
