(a)A person, firm, corporation, partnership, or limited liability company having operating control of a racetrack may apply to the Gaming Board for an organization gaming license. An organization gaming license shall authorize its holder to conduct gaming on the grounds of the racetrack of which the organization gaming licensee has operating control. Only one organization gaming license may be awarded for any racetrack. A holder of an organization gaming license shall be subject to the Illinois Gambling Act and rules of the Illinois Gaming Board concerning gaming pursuant to an organization gaming license issued under the Illinois Gambling Act.
