(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 9.3. Withdrawal of application. Any applicant applying for a license or permit under this Act may withdraw his or her application at any time. If an applicant withdraws his or her application after receipt of a written Notice of Intent to Deny License or Permit, then the withdrawal shall be reported to the Federation of State Medical Boards.
