Text

No licensed child welfare agency providing adoption services may give preferential treatment to its board members, contributors, volunteers, employees, agents, consultants, or independent contractors or to their relatives with respect to the placement of a child or any matters relating to adoption services. The Department shall define "preferential treatment" by rule and shall adopt any rules necessary to implement this Section. Eligible agencies may be deemed compliant with this Section.
