§ 58

58.Any person who shall wilfully swear or affirm falsely, or make or file any affidavit wilfully and corruptly, in filing or prosecuting their application for a license before the Department, or in submitting any complaint, evidence or testimony to the Department under the provisions of this Act, or under any rule or regulation of the Department, shall be sentenced therefor as the law shall prescribe at the time for perjury.
