Unless otherwise specified, any person, license holder, or certificate holder who fails to comply with or violates any applicable provision of this Act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. All law enforcement officers and personnel of the State of Illinois and the various units of local government are responsible for assisting with the enforcement of this Act.
