(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 5-41. Licensee contact information. An applicant or licensee shall inform the Department of any change of address, email address, telephone number, or office location within 24 hours after any such change. A licensee shall notify the Department of any such change either through the Department's website or by other means prescribed by the Department.
