(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 5-40. Qualifying experience requirements. The prerequisite experience necessary for a person to be approved to sit for the examination for licensure as a State certified general real estate appraiser or a State certified residential real estate appraiser shall be established by rule.
