(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 5-35. Qualifying education requirements. The prerequisite classroom hours necessary for a person to be approved to sit for the examination for licensure as a State certified general real estate appraiser or a State certified residential real estate appraiser shall be in accordance with AQB criteria and established by rule.
