Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS·Act 225 ILCS 45/ Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act.
Upon the revocation of, suspension of, or refusal to renew any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license or licenses to the Comptroller. If the licensee fails to do so, the Comptroller shall have the right to seize the same.
