Text

Any circuit court may, upon application of the Comptroller or of the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under Section 3a are pending, enter an order requiring witnesses to attend and testify, and requiring the production of documents, papers, files, books and records in connection with any hearing in any proceedings under that Section. Failure to obey such court order may result in the institution of contempt proceedings.
