(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029) Sec. 3.04. "Commercial structural pest control business location" means any location at or from which any person advertises or contracts to perform structural pest control services for hire or where a person is engaged or employed by that business to perform the services, store materials, keep records, or perform other pertinent activities, for the purpose of operating a structural pest control business at that business location, but does not include locations which exist solely for the purpose of accepting telephone calls and messages on behalf of the licensee.
