§ 2006 — Renewal

Applications for renewal licenses shall be made to the Department in writing on forms prescribed by the Department and shall contain such information as will enable the Department to determine if the applicant is qualified to continue to hold a license and shall be accompanied by the required fee. All fees collected under this Section shall be deposited into the Explosives Regulatory Fund.
