Text

No worker shall have at any time in the mine more than 25 pounds of permissible explosives. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the operator of any mine from taking into the mine, when miners are not therein, a sufficient quantity of explosives for the reasonable requirements of the mine for the next succeeding working day; except that in mechanical loading mines a sufficient quantity of explosives for the reasonable requirements of the mine for the next two working days may be stored in and for each location.
