Text

No person shall return to a missed shot, if lighted with fuse, until 8 hours have elapsed from the time of lighting the same. Where misfires occur with electric detonators, a waiting period of at least 5 minutes shall elapse before anyone returns to the shot. After such failure, the blasting cable shall be disconnected from the source of power and the battery end short-circuited before electric connections are examined.
