(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 20.1. Guest instructors of acupuncture; professional education. The provisions of this Act do not prohibit an acupuncturist from another state or country, who is not licensed under this Act and who is an invited guest of a professional acupuncture association or scientific acupuncture foundation or an acupuncture training program or continuing education provider approved by the Department under this Act, from engaging in professional education through lectures, clinics, or demonstrations, provided that the acupuncturist is currently licensed in another state or country and his or her license is active and has not been disciplined, or he or she is currently certified in good standing as an acupuncturist by the National Certification
