(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 20-72. Secretary; rehearing. If the Secretary believes that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation or suspension of a license, with respect to refusal to issue, restore, or renew a license, or any other discipline of an applicant, licensee, or unlicensed person, then the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other examiners.
