Text

When a licensee under this Act, who is also a licensee under another statute enforced by the Department, is subject to any disciplinary action including but not limited to the probation, suspension or revocation of any license issued by the Department, the disciplinary action is automatically applied to all licenses held by the licensee by operation of law.
