(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 13.2. Fee waivers. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, during State fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Department shall allow individuals a one-time waiver of fees imposed under subsection (a) of Section 11 or Section 7, 9, 9A, 12.5, or 13 of this Act. No individual may benefit from such waiver more than once.
