(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec.

63.Name. The name or designation under which contracts are to be exchanged shall include the words "Reciprocal" or "Inter-Insurance Exchange" or be supplemented by the following words immediately below the name or designation under which such contracts are exchanged: "A Reciprocal" or "An Inter-Insurance Exchange." Such name or designation shall not be the same as or deceptively similar to the name or designation adopted by any other domestic company or any foreign or alien company authorized to transact business in this State.
